General Terms and Conditions of Sale

  1. Object
    These General Terms and Conditions of Sale define the terms of booking, payment and participation in the services offered by SAS UPRIDE, operator Dolce Vita Paris Tours.

The services consist of guided tours in Paris on vintage electric scooters, led by professional guides.

  1. Acceptance
    All bookings imply full and complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
    The customer acknowledges having read these terms before validating their order.

  2. Conditions of participation
    The customer must:
    – be at least 18 years old (or according to specific conditions)
    – hold a valid license if required
    – be physically capable of riding a two-wheeler
    – follow the instructions in the guide

The equipment provided (helmet, gloves, protective gear) is mandatory.

The company reserves the right to refuse access without refund in the event of dangerous behavior, intoxication or failure to comply with instructions.

  1. Reservation
    Reservations can be made via the website or any other available channel.
    They are confirmed only after full payment and receipt of a confirmation email.

  2. Prices
    Prices are shown in euros including VAT.
    The price applied is the one in effect at the time of booking.

  3. Payment
    Full payment is due at the time of booking.
    The payment methods are those offered on the website.

  4. Cancellation and modification

Cancellation by the customer:
– More than 48 hours in advance: full refund
– Between 24 and 48 hours: 50% refund
– Less than 24 hours: no refund

Delay :
A delay of more than 15 minutes may result in cancellation without refund.

Cancellation by the company:
In case of adverse weather, technical or safety problems,
A postponement or a full refund will be offered.

  1. Responsibility

Company responsibility:
The company is implementing all necessary measures to ensure safety.
She cannot be held responsible in case of non-compliance with instructions or fault on the part of the client.

Customer responsibility:
The customer is responsible for their driving, compliance with traffic laws and any damage caused.

  1. Insurance
    The company has professional liability insurance covering the activities offered.

  2. Damages and security deposit
    The customer may be held responsible for any damage caused to the scooter.
    A deposit may be required before the service.

  3. Force majeure
    The company cannot be held responsible in the event of an unforeseeable or exceptional event preventing the service from being provided.

  4. Personal data
    The data is used solely for booking management and customer relations.
    In accordance with the GDPR, the customer has rights of access, modification and deletion.

  6. Applicable law
    These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
    Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the head office.
